Kate Moss has landed the role of Contributing Fashion Editor at British Vogue. She is set to join the magazine with her first story in an issue due to be released next spring.
The 39-year-old model is no stranger to the publication, having appeared on no less than 33 covers, and also guest editing an issue of Vogue Paris in 2005. She will work together with the fashion team to create fashion shoots with control over styling, models and photographers.
Alexandra Shulman, Editor-in-chief, said: “I am absolutely delighted that Kate is going to work with us in this new role. Her undoubtedly brilliant sense of style, depth of fashion knowledge, and understanding of what makes a wonderful image will be exciting to see used in the pages of British Vogue. I am really looking forward to working with her on ideas.”
This announcement came just a week after the news that Kate will design another line of her range for Topshop, and with lots of buzz around her, it seems the powerhouse that is Kate Moss is not going anywhere fast.
