EXCLUSIVE Look At Boohoo’s #Ownit Collection

Which body shape are you?
Dog tooth print culottes £20

Do you have a pear body shape and have always wondered why smock dresses hang off you? Or have an athletic build and have never looked right in a jumpsuit? Well leave your sartorial woes behind you as Boohoo are here to help…

Fashion North have been given an exclusive look at the #Ownit collection which goes on sale from Monday January 27. Love or hate our bodies, we all have a certain body shape and Boohoo are here to celebrate and conquer all of our lumps, bumps, curves and assets.

So this Spring/Summer let Boohoo teach you how to (and maybe not to) wear each trend. They have decided there are six common body shapes – pear, apple, hourglass, athletic, petite and tall.

Kicking off with the first trend of the #Ownit collection, a style particularly suited to the tall body shape, are culottes. Seen on the catwalks at Victoria Beckham and Mulberry, it is clear to see why these flared cropped trousers or shorts look best on a tall build.

This dogtooth print pair (£20), can be styled up or down this season, and worn for work or for a night out.

Visit Fashion North for the weekly trend, from metallic tees to double layer shift dresses and see what style is perfect for your body shape.

Now things get really exciting… not only do we have a fashion godsend in the form of the #Ownit collection but Boohoo are offering an amazing competition for all the Instagrammers out there.

We can’t deny we all love to edit the pics of our Starbucks cups on a Monday morning, so get snapping yourself in your Boohoo outfit to be in with the chance of winning an entire Boohoo wardrobe. Simply #Ownit and tag @bohooofficial in your pictures.

Good luck and don’t forget to tweet @fashion_north with any style dilemmas of your own for our resident agony aunt Nancy to help you with!
