Topshop are teaming up with sports brand Adidas as they plan to release a 20 piece clothing collection.
They released the news yesterday (February 6) via their Instagram account, posting a sneaky preview of a white vest top displaying the famous Adidas symbol in a colourful print, alongside the caption: “Sneak peak! We’re teaming up with @adidasoriginals for an oh-so stylish collab line launching this March. Who’s excited?”
The collection captures the best traits of both of the labels and will feature three styles of trainers adopting the Adidas logo but with a Topshop twist of a London landmark print. It will also include cotton vest tops and slim fitting joggers.
Kate Phelan, Topshop’s creative director, told WWD that the collection was created to be worn as both a fashion and a performance range. She added that the collection aims to bring “femininity” to diverse from the typical Adidas sporty designs.
The collection is due to launch this March in select stores in the U.K, all Topshop stores in the U.S. and 64 other international locations.
