Pride of Britain Awards: Best Dressed

The beginning of the week marked the annual Pride of Britain Awards. On Monday night famous faces celebrated the hero’s of Britain this year, with one little girl from North Tyneside scooping the child of courage award.

Four-year-old Suzie McCash dialled 999 after her mother stopped breathing from a severe allergic reaction. It was Suzie’s quick actions that saved her mum that night and she has now gone on to inspire Prince William himself to encourage his son Prince George on how to call for help.

The night was filled with glitz and glamour and not forgetting the tears. After a year filled with terror, it’s this night that brings everyone together, remembering the brave people that live amongst us.

Congratulations to all of the winners, here is our best dressed verdict of the night.
