Newcastle’s Cruise Fashion showcase their a/w stock in a four-theme catwalk show

On Thursday night (October 16) Fashion North were lucky enough to attend the oh-so-glamorous catwalk at Newcastle’s Cruise Fashion. The designer fashion store, located on Princess Square, Newcastle, opened their doors to showcase their autumn/winter designer collections. The show had four themes titled The Elite, The Great Outdoors, Classic Daywear and Dress To Impress.

Opening the show was The Elite, complete with cosy feathered mini dresses by Victoria Beckham, washed out skinny jeans by Gucci, and a vintage Chanel flap bag.

Next on the scene – Classic Daywear, peplum dresses by Dolce & Gabbana were paraded up the catwalk,  followed by an autumn must-have wool and cashmere belted wrap coat by Ted Baker.

The Great Outdoors is something we’re always a little terrified to embrace at the start of the winter months in the UK, but maybe a Barbour waxed parka jacket might do the trick and get you to brave the cold?

And finally, it might still be October, but we’re all excited for the impending Christmas parties, aren’t we? If you aren’t yet, the last theme Dress to Impress, should get you in the spirit. If you’re looking to get that wow factor, then a Forever Unique lace fishtail dress will certainly make sure all eyes are on you.

Watch out to see a full round up of the show with more of our favourite pieces soon.
