Temperley London AW14: Catwalk Report

Temperley Catwalk - London Fashion Week 2014

Alice Temperley’s designs were everything and more in this decadent collection. From Art Deco inspired prints to silk textures, lace and embellishment, she definitely went all out with her AW pieces.

The show was all about romantic florals and luxurious prints giving off a sophisticated but sexy vibe with the luxe layering and sheer fabrics in beautiful shades of ochre and cobalt, not forgetting the braid hair – wow.

The pretty in pink theme throughout a part of the show was definitely what appealed to me the most from the catwalk, especially with the embroided skater style dress with a silk touch and the beautiful pastel pink fur cape.

With a collection inspired by Byzantine architecture and Spanish cathedrals, its fair to say that Alice has created classic looks with a twist. The catwalk came across as fun and flirty focusing on feminine fashion by showing off waist belts and corsetry in such a sophisticated way.
