Paris Fashion Chloe

Clare Waight Keller could not have put a foot wrong today with her stunning range for Chloé. The show was held in a beautiful location with matte silver grey tall walls and white high ceilings and a vintage romantic shabby chic feel paved the way for another strong collection. The FROW looked every inch as classy as the collection with Anna Wintour and Grace Coddington sitting together and Olivia Palermo already adorning the fall 14 collection.

Fresh faced models graced the runway in feminine shades of soft beige, cream, taupe grey and signature hues of powder pinks and lilac. Darker shades of sheer black, maroon and rich purple did make an appearance and were contrasted against the more natural and delicate hues. Russian born model Sasha Pivovarova exclusively opened and closed the show and will be sharing her personal runway story on @Chloe Instagram this weekend.

This show did everything in its power to deliver the ultimate flawless attitude of the ‘Chloé Girl’. The fabrics translated glamour and power and the soft palettes reminded us of the distinctive and time honoured hallmark for Chloé. New patterns and textures were introduced which symbolized the cutting-edge power and progression for the brand.

An outsized in volume statement jacket in pale lilac that was draped and gathered in the centre was teamed with an oversized long-sleeved sheer lightweight tunic, airy black cropped trousers and classic black suede ankle boots.

Another signature look, which bought boyish charm to classic delicate chic pieces, was an effortless oversized and slightly androgynous ivory capped sleeve number. It was worn over a fine silk desert sand coloured dress which fell just under the knee and was teamed with statement grey chunky ankle boots

This collection was full of oversized, loose, and girly layering’s and a beautiful array of neutral hues were present throughout the show which was a perfect characterization of Chloé’s chic, young, wearable yet beautiful daywear ethos with an unusual wintery hint of bohemia and golden embellishment.

Subtle shades of powder lilac lined the eyes of the models for Chloé and well groomed eyebrows were present along with a natural pink blush on the cheeks and lips. Sleek side parted hair was tousled over the shoulder in a Parisian chic flawless Chloé attitude.
