Ottolinger RTW Fall 2019: Sci-fi is the new sexy

Swiss design duo Christa Bosch and Cosima Gadient go for a sci-fi infused line up for their second show on the official Paris Fashion Week calendar. From the deconstructed pieces of denim to the booming metallic music playing in the 19th century theatre, the audience was positively captivated from beginning to end.

Starting the show off was a mini navy knitted dress that shows off the models legs, paired with a matching, oversized sleeved cardigan.  To give colour to the ensemble, red-orange coloured stripes were put at the bottom of the dress and lime coloured stripes were put on the collar of the cardigan and on the round neckline of the knitted dress. The model also carried a miniature bag which carried plants.

A look we loved here at Fashion North was an off the shoulder lime maxi dress with oversized chunky sleeves. Strings were used to hold the dress together and black jeans with sorbet and pale blue stripes were worn under the maxi dress. To finish off the look the model wore turquoise ankle strap heels. The outfit gave a very vigorous and sexy look that successfully matched with the sci-fi theme.

Christa Bosch and Cosima Gadient undoubtedly proved that sexy can still be achieved during these chillier times in the fall. Ottolinger has definitely impressed us with their RTW Fall 2019 collection. Ottolinger is only new to the fashion world but they’ve already caught our attention here at Fashion North.
