Back in fashion: Get the Princess Diana look 👑

Every day, the outfits worn by Royals Kate and Meghan are scrutinised by fashion journalists, with their clothes and accessories selling out within minutes.

But it’s the mother-in-law they never met who is having a real fashion moment right now. Over 20 years after the tragic death of Princess Diana, her style influence is being seen everywhere from  the New York catwalk to the pages of Vogue.

In September, Tory Burch showed her spring/summer 2020 collection which was heavily inspired by Diana at The Brooklyn Museum, New York. The designer told the Hollywood Reporter  “It was not necessarily about Diana the style icon (because that’s clearly what she was), but I was more interested in Diana as a humanitarian, as someone who was incredibly fearless and had incredible compassion in her legacy and what she’s left behind.”

Then in August, Hailey Bieber, who recently celebrated her marriage ceremony with husband Justin Bieber, wearing a custom off-white dress, channeled Princess Diana in a photoshoot for the French edition of Vogue. Bieber posted on her instagram: “All credit and inspo to the amazingly beautiful and iconically stylish Princess Diana who I’ve looked to for style inspiration for as long as I can remember.”
