DUBRICH: An Up-and-Coming North East Streetwear Brand

If you’re looking for a new, independent, luxury streetwear brand, made in the North East, then keep reading to find out about DUBRICH!

Based in Newcastle, DUBRICH’s mission is to create luxury streetwear that blends elevated design with everyday wear, empowering individuality and building a strong, connected community.

Their first release launch happened recently and established the brand’s identity and aesthetic. Chloe Juul, the owner of DUBRICH, said:

“It was important for me that the initial launch felt considered and true to the brand rather than rushed.”

The next launch is planned for the near future and will expand on the foundation already set, introducing new pieces while staying aligned with the core identity of the brand.

The brand came about from Chloe’s desire to create clothing that felt both elevated and wearable — something that sat comfortably between luxury and streetwear. She was inspired by the idea of everyday essentials that still feel intentional, refined, and expressive. “I noticed a gap for pieces that were minimal yet strong in identity, and I wanted to build a brand that reflected confidence, individuality, and lifestyle rather than fast trends. Over time, this vision developed into carefully designed pieces with a strong focus on quality, fit, and branding.”

The owner found that one of the main challenges in creating her brand was balancing creative vision with the practical realities of starting a business. From sourcing quality materials and finding the right manufacturers to managing costs and timelines, she says there have been many learning curves:
“As an independent brand, doing much of this myself has been challenging but also incredibly rewarding. Each obstacle has helped me better understand the industry and strengthen the brand.”

Chloe said: “My hope is for the brand to continue growing organically while maintaining its identity and values. I want it to become a recognised luxury streetwear label that people genuinely connect with — not just for the clothing, but for the lifestyle and confidence it represents. Long-term, I’d love to expand the range, collaborate creatively, and build a strong community around the brand.”
