Love Island All Stars 2026: Five Fashion Trends to Watch in the Villa

With the return of Love Island: All Stars, the villa once again becomes one of the UK’s most influential fashion incubators. Unlike the original series, All Stars operates with contestants who are already conscious of their branding and fluent in the art of Instagram aesthetics.

That being said, here’s our five fashion predictions for the upcoming season of Love Island: All Stars.

1. Maximalism Will Replace the ‘Clean Girl’ Aesthetic

The ‘clean girl’ trend – brought to fruition by celebrities like Hailey Bieber – is losing its grip on mainstream desirability, and maximalism is taking over the villa. Expect to see styles like heavy ruching, corseted dresses and tops, and statement colours over neutrals.

For the returning islanders, maximalism radiates confidence. In a villa full of familiar faces, subtlety risks invisibility. Clothing that draws attention becomes a competitive advantage.

2. Swimwear Becomes the Status Symbol of the Season

Swimwear has always played a large part in Love Island, but All Stars intensifies its significance. This season, look for metallic fabrics, asymmetric cuts, and sculptural pieces. Every poolside look becomes a branding moment, designed to travel instantly from ITV2 to Instagram.

Returning islander Belle Hassan (S5) is in the books for bringing some iconic bikinis to the villa with her, with her Instagram pics looking promising.

3. Animal Print Takes Full Force

After last year’s All Stars islanders Gabby Allen and Grace Jackson’s notable leopard and tiger print evening looks, animal print is set to make a bold comeback this season.

Once dismissed as ‘overdone’ or ‘dated’ – animal print has been quietly rehabilitated over the past year, and has now become a luxurious staple in wardrobes worldwide. For the islanders, it signals fearlessness. It’s a refusal to blend in. In a cast full of familiar faces, animal print becomes a way to stand out.

4. Beauty Will Be Louder

Linking to the end of the ‘clean girl’ era, the return to full glam is a cultural shift. Influencers like Jordan Lipscombe and Cariad Ryan brought the ‘full beat’ back into fashion with full eyebrows, vibrant blush and a lined lip.

In a hyper-curated digital world, effort is something that people no longer feel the need to disguise. High maintenance is the new low maintenance – hair extensions, lash extensions, and acrylic nails have become a daily norm.

5. Personal Branding is A Must

The fashion choices this season will align with each islander’s public persona – whether that be a ‘bombshell’, risk-taker, or relatable girl-next-door, each outfit picked will not just be for dates and challenges, but for how it will perform on TikTok, Instagram, and press coverage the following day.

Over the years, many islanders have had the same aesthetics. However, Season 12’s Yasmin Pettet had a more gothic approach to her televised outfits, gaining her more traction and eventually becoming a fan favourite islander.

Final Thoughts

Love Island: All Stars Season 3 will not introduce any radically new trends – it will accelerate and amplify existing ones. The villa remains a ‘haus’ of contemporary desire, where fashion reflects success and status in 2026.

Love Island is no longer just a TV show. It’s a runway – and everyone is watching.
