1970s fashion had no rules and was all about freedom, bell-bottoms, mini skirts and tie-dye clothing which was popularised by the hippies. The 70s are also known as the decade of disco, which inspired the fashion world with clothing designed to show off the body on the disco floor with glitter, satin, bright colours and platform shoes.
This outfit design was inspired by this era and more specifically by the hippie fashion, bright coloured bell-bottoms and a crop top shirt with an Indian inspired pattern in extremely bright colours that scream the 70s.
