Romanticising your hometown is to find beauty in familiarities and paying homage to your roots – from the house where you grew up to where you created your fondest memories.

This editorial photoshoot was inspired by the psychological defence to romanticise your hometown to ground yourself from the loud and messy chaos of adulthood, as nostalgia from the simpler days in life brings comfort and the familiarity and memories made there becomes an extension of self identity.
