It’s no surprise that the 2019 Oscars embodied glitz and glamour, with multiple stars wearing enchanting attire on the red carpet which set the conspicuous theme of the night.
The stand out gown and our overall favourite look was worn by the goddess from the Bronx, Jennifer Lopez, who wore a glass-mosaic, metallic silver body-con gown by Tom Ford.
It was an unmissable design styled with utter sophistication and surrounded with an aura of strength. The combination of a long sleeve and high-neck hides any bare flesh making its mosaic appearance extremely captivating.
This look was definitely deserving of a five out of five mark.
Another favourite was worn by Black Panther’s Danai Gurira, who was spotted in a strapless, floor-length Brock Collection gown paired with Fred Leighton jewellery.
The stunning metallic gold colouring looks flawless paired with dark, braided hair and chunky gold accessories. It was a look that spoke for itself in its flawless colour coordination.

Brie Larson also wore metallic. The Avengers star walked the red carpet wearing a silver Celine by Hedi Slimane and Chanel jewellery. This dress had a roll-neck design and thigh split, shaping the silhouette while radiating an ultra-modern influence.
