The Ramside Hall Hotel, one of the leading North East hotels in County Durham, is set to open up an award-winning spa brand to provide further treatments for guests staying at the five star hotel.
The spa has been part of a £16million investment scheme, which has not only opened a new spa but has also upgraded the golf course and the creation of an additional 47 rooms.
The state-of-the-art spa will open up in spring 2015 and it has been announced that the spa will be using a wide range of the luxury ESPA products for the entire facial and body treatments that they will have on offer.
Susan Harmsworth MBE created ESPA, in 1993,in the past few years the brand has won over 170 awards and accolades. Being seen as and regarded as experts in their field, ESPA are one of the world’s largest and leading spa treatment and skincare brands.
“We did a lot of research before deciding which company to partner with for the spa,” said Anthony Woodhouse, General Manager for Spa and Leisure at Ramside Hall.
“We were so impressed with ESPA’s product range and its reputation that we realised this would be a perfect fit for us.”
The new rooms include 12 brand new therapy rooms, where the ESPA treatments will be carried out, a 25m long pool, a hydrotherapy pool and a range of saunas, steam rooms and a new mud chamber.

The new spa, which will be using a wide range of ESPA products, will also include a new gym, a group fitness studio and a hair salon.
