I recently picked up this backpack from New Look when I was returning other items for a refund (trying to save money) however as soon as I saw this I literally could not stop thinking about it. I carried it around the shop floor while I browsed at things I wanted but don’t really need and formed an attachment to it which made me have to buy it.
It was £19.99 and for that price you really can’t complain, especially when you can get an additional 10% off with your student discount, what’s not to love?! I find it quite easy to style as the colour is a soft, blush pink which is quite neutral and can go with either subtle or bright, bold colours. Today I wore it to university paired with a casual, smart outfit consisting of black wide leg trousers, a simple white t-shirt, vans and a cream puffa jacket for a dressed down and casual approach. It’s also a great item to dress up for a night out with your other half or with your girls with it injecting the fun and young vibe. I also find that the micro size of the bag works well as it keeps its shape and doesn’t look overly chunky or too school-like.
