Black Friday used to be a busy, stress-fuelled shopping trip but this year it will probably feel like any other shopping day. Now that we’re in lockdown and only the essential shops can open it means none of our favourite high–street go-to’s are available.
This year Black Friday falls on 27th November and the following Monday is Cyber Monday which is when the online sales would usually kick in. With most sales being online this year, the Friday and Monday will be similar.
According to Finder’s research: “Brits plan to spend an estimated £6 billion on Black Friday and Cyber Monday purchases this year”.

Boots is classed as an essential shop which means we can still buy our favourite perfumes and make-up to keep us sane throughout lockdown 2.0. Dyson have jumped on the Pre-Black Friday deal’s bandwagon this year but don’t worry we’re not recommending you buy a hoover. Their £299.99 Supersonic Hairdryer now comes with a free stand worth £65.

According to Finder “Fewer Brits are planning to take part in Black Friday and Cyber Monday in 2020 compared to 2019. Last year, 42% of adults planned to do so, whereas this year the number has gone down to 39%.”
