For this week we were styling at the Bridges in Sunderland and were given a task to create a family spring mood board with colours and styles we associate with the season of spring. The mood board is to help us with ideas for when we were styling at the Bridges. The colours I was leaning towards were pastels, like yellows, blues, and greens.
This is the mood board that I have created for what I think a family would wear for the spring season. Putting the kids in something modern but still kid-like, making sure the outfit is functional and can hold together for whatever the kid gets into. For the dad, I have him in either khakis or a button-up. The mom is in some jeans or a skirt, still following the colour theme of pastels of yellows, blues, and greens.
We were given the child to style at bridges and trying to stay with the mood board was a challenge by having limited stores and sections to choose from.. We managed to keep the pastel green in the outfit and pairing it with jean shorts.
