Today (July 8) the Stadium of Light plays host to the University of Sunderland graduation ceremonies, for the class of 2016 Arts, Design and Media graduates.

Among them, our Fashion Journalists took to the stage to collect their degrees, dressed to the nines to celebrate all their hard work over the past three years which finally paid off!

No doubt, for our uber stylish students, choosing what to wear for Graduation was almost as tough as the degree (well, ALMOST). Never mind that, they would have to wear a graduation gown on top, for our grads this was the day to show off their greatness and fabulousness, whilst throwing their caps up in the air, in celebration of their achievements.

Steve Cram, Chancellor for the university said this morning’s celebration had the:  “best dressed cohort this week…might have something to do with fashion journalism.”

In the wise words of good old Patsy Stone: You looked ‘Absolutely Fabulous darlings’!

Congrats Class of 2016: you did it, and good luck for the future!
