It was announced on Tuesday October 27 that Ariana Grande is to replace Miley Cyrus as the face of the MAC Viva Glam Campaign.
Interestingly, Ariana has chosen a deep purple lipstick to be the main piece in her collection. As the star usually sports a nude or a baby pink lip, her decision to release a vampy shade is a rather surprising one.
The 22-year-old singer has also released a shimmering pink gloss in her collection.
The concept behind the products is that the lipstick is to be worn during life’s more rebellious moments, and the gloss is to be worn when you’re feeling a tad more angelic.
Every penny that MAC makes from their Viva Glam range is donated to the MAC Aids Fund Charity, which helps people affected by HIV.
The MAC x Grande collaboration hits counters in January.
