One and Only is the idea of picking your favourite colour or pattern and sticking with it. Choosing separates in the same shade or print and creating head-to-toe looks. Ideal designers for this are Roland Mouret and 3.1 Phillip Lim or for a more high street version Oasis and Miss Selferidge are offering lots of bold colours and outfits that can be mixed and matched.
