My attention was immediately drawn to the bag section of John Lewis. I personally think accessorising your outfit with a handbag really finishes off an overall look, not to mention how helpful they are for us girls.
This particular bag is from the brand Dune, a very popular brand for handbags among most demographics. I adored everything about this bag. The colour – an off burgundy red – is one of my favourites to wear in the autumn season, as it adds warmth to any outfit.
The croc print design adds more edge to the bag, while the leather straps keep its sophisticated look. It is compact, but with lots of compartments to store belongings, perfect for on the go. This luxury item is worth every penny at a spectacular price of £75, and I would definitely recommend purchasing it.
Mint Velvet Faux Fur Gilet – £119
After choosing the handbag, I decided that I wanted to create an autumnal outfit. A faux fur gilet caught my attention and would match perfectly with the look I was going for. The inside is covered in soft white fur, perfect for keeping warm, while the outside was a black suede material that would be versatile to any outfit. This Mint Velvet gilet was priced at £119 – an appropriate price for the quality of the jacket and the use you will get out of it.
