For you men out there who don’t know what they want for Christmas, or for you women out there who don’t know what to get your other half, our deputy editor has compiled his Christmas list for you to take some tips from.
Dear Santa,
I know you’re, like, super busy at this time of year, so I’ll keep it short and sweet. For Christmas I would like things in black and from Zara, so I can expand my already black wardrobe with statement pieces that will make me stand out through to spring summer 2015:
- The Dark Coat from Zara’s Dark Collection is divine, with its asymmetric closing and press-stud fastening. Its roll-neck top is amazing too. To make things better it’s only £79.99, utter bargain right?
- I’m sorry – another one from Zara’s Dark Collection. At least I’m making it easy for you when you go shopping, one-stop-shopping and all that. At £65.99 this cape with zipper detail and water fall front would carry me through to summer 2015 easily. Made from cotton, it’ll be perfect all year round. Please Santa, say it’ll be under my tree.
- Okay, so I’m going to end on a slightly pricey number. But these are investment pieces after all, and it’s real leather. Zara’s Retro Leather Backpack is ideal for finishing off my all black ensembles, and carrying all the things I need for next term so I’ll get my money’s worth. I promise I’ll be good for the foreseeable future… Okay for £129, I promise I’ll be good for a very, very long time (!).
