As they celebrate their 10 year anniversary, we take a look at what high street store, Schuh have to offer.
Nike Free Run 2.0 – £80
Nike Free Run trainers are specially designed with a ultra-lightweight, flexible sole design, making the shoe comfortable for running and wearing to the gym. For a chunkier running shoe try the classic New Balance 574. Available in various colours with a suede upper material featuring reflective N branding across the heel. The N-Cap technology sole unit adds extra comfort and support creating a hard wearing feature. If the 574 isn’t for you then New Balance also have various other styles to choose from.
Roshe Run – £72
The Roshe Run is an extremely light shoe with very breathable material. The ridges in the inside sole add extra comfort and the rubber, the foam-like sole provides extra bounce and a lightweight feel. Nike offer a wide selection of colours to choose from with an extremely simple design. Starting from an average price of £70, the price may vary. Nike also offer a custom design on the Roshe Run on their website.

Perfect gym shoe or just to wear on a day-to-day basis, the Sketcher Flex Appeal allow extra flexibility with breathable, perforated holes in the material. The memory foam inside sole creates even more comfort. Sketchers have been extremely popular over the spring/summer season due to the comfort and lightweight of their trainers. Sketchers have gradually designed a huge range of trainers and shoes hitting a wide range of customer’s doe to their memory foam effect to the classic Go-Walk. Adidas Flux ZX Torsion – £80
The Adidas Flux has a unique technology to allow the foot to move independently and to naturally adjust to the ground and running surfaces. At the bottom of the sole there is a lightweight bridge between the heel and forefoot offering support for the mid-foot also known as torsion technology. This effective technology makes this trainer different from others offering another form of support and comfort, suitable for a wide range of sports. The design is available in various colours and patterns with a woven upper material.
