Sunderland Wellness Festival returns to the City

Movement, meditation, breathwork, and dance will be coming to the city, as part of the Sunderland Wellness Festival 2024.

The event will return on February 11th next year with an exciting line-up including an appearance by award-winning personal trainer Katie Bulmer-Cooke, who aims to help people achieve their well-being goals.

Aaron Parker, under his brand The Conscious Man, will deliver sessions to help people become more conscious in their everyday lives through the connection to self and nature.

Others that are appearing include:

  • Luke John Harrison, an online coach, who wants to help people feel energised
  • Light of Mind, a sustainable wellbeing community
  • White Tiger Yoga, who will offer a movement, breath work, and meditation workshop
  • Warrior Yoga will deliver yoga to all different levels and abilities
  • Simon Wood, who offers relaxing music
  • Claire Former, a yoga teacher
  • Salseduce Newcastle who are a North East Salsa provider

The event, at Sunderland City Hall, will feature talks, stalls, prizes, and workshops to ‘leave you feeling relaxed and refreshed’ .

The event is open to over-16s only and all fitness levels are invited to attend. You only need a yoga mat, water bottle, sweat towel, warm clothes, and a blanket.

With the huge success of the 2023 festival next year’s tickets have just been released and early bird tickets have already sold out.

Tickets are  £75. Last year the festival featured yoga, neurodiversity, and body modification talks.
