Talk of the Toon: Vicky Pattison returns to Newcastle for mullet madness

We thought mullets were a thing of the past. But like ballet flats, jeans under dresses and spandex neon workout sets, they might be ready to make a comeback.

Vicky gives the snip outside the Mullet Salon

Geordie legend, Vicky Pattison, returned to her old stomping ground to open the world’s first mullet-only salon. Foxy Bingo’s Dirty Gertie salon was open for the weekend of the 4th of March, only offering mullets in a bit to let loose everyone’s inner Foxy.

Pattison wore a gorgeous orange fur coat and matching nails for the occasion, clearly channelling her inner fox too.

A stylish woman herself, it seems Vicky is in favour of the hairstyle coming back in. “It’s epic to see mullets are truly back in fashion, and what a way to celebrate. Foxy Bingo sure knows how to bring the party, launching the world’s first ‘mullet-only’ salon!” she said.

Vicky’s gorgeous fur coat and even more beautiful smile delight Newcastle

Whilst we may have mixed feelings about the 80s-inspired hairdo, we are in love with Vicky’s coat, a vibrant and warm treasure from Topshop.
