Supermodel Rosie Huntington-Whiteley teamed up with Autograph back in 2012 with a lingerie line, leading onto sports wear, night wear and fragrances. Her latest adventure for the brand is her makeup range.

The collection focuses on a natural look with soft pinks, brown and cream eye palettes with some vibrant lipsticks.

The packaging is black with the Rosie for Autograph logo in rose gold. The casing for the collection is all rose gold with the text in black. Rosie was heavily involved with the production of the collection with colour reference to her name and also the vintage inspired casing. Other inspiration comes from her lingerie range.

Marks and Spencer had an offer on the makeup collection to buy two items and you’d get a free rose gold makeup bag. I took too long to decide on which products I wanted and missed the offer, extreme sad face! I then chose to buy just one item as the range is slightly pricey.

The hydrating lipsticks come in 12 shades and I bought shade ILYSM (I Love You So Much). When ordering it online, it looked a light purple but when it arrived it’s actually fuchsia pink. I wasn’t too disheartened as I really just wanted to try the product.

The lipstick doesn’t stay on all day like Mac but I really don’t mind applying more than once, especially when people are so amazed by the casing. It keeps your lips nourished with a super-soft feel just as the product is described. The little things also count like the engraved rose in the lipstick and the magnetic lid. I love the design more than the colour so I think I might buy another. The lipsticks are £14 and the rest of the collection ranges from £10-£18 including a radiance cream – currently out of stock – finishing powder, contour products and your every day mascara, concealer etc.

I was really disheartened that I couldn’t get the makeup bag for free, so I went back to the site to order it and it’s now out of stock. I put one of the eye palettes in my basket but couldn’t bring myself to buy it because its only a four palette, priced at £18. So, I decided to order from the lingerie collection as I already have pyjamas from the nightwear range. I ordered the Silk Lace Motif Non-Padded bra which ranges from size B-DD and also the pants to match in praline. Black and blue/grey are also available colours.

I haven’t yet wore the set but again it’s the small detailing that I like. The Rosie logo continues along the bra straps and the ornate lace gives an elegant look but comfortable feel. The plunge bra with hook and eye fastening is designed to uplift and enhance your natural shape. I had a discount code which brought the set to £30.80. It is originally priced at £38.50 which I don’t think is bad for lingerie from M&S as the quality is always great.

My overall opinion on the Rosie for Autograph range would get a 10/10. The collections definitely have a mature vibe but attract a younger audience. Rosie is the perfect role model and I love how driven she is. I’m that in love with the rose gold makeup collection that I’ve decided to redo my bedroom in the exact same colours. I’d say it’s definitely one of the best celebrity collaborations on the market.
