Ariana Grande’s most iconic looks

Ariana Grande seems to be the gift that keeps on giving. Recently, after releasing her fifth studio album ‘Thank U, Next’, she added to her everlasting list of achievements by becoming the first artist to achieve the number one, two and three spot in the official chart since The Beatles – over five decades ago in the 60s.

Here at Fashion North, we thought we would join in with the celebration by choosing some of the princesses of pop’s most iconic outfits to share with you.

2019 Grammy’s dress

Even though she decided to boycott this year’s Grammy’s, Ariana Grande still chose to wear her dress anyway – purely for social media – and she looked amazing. She complemented the icy blue Zac Posen ballgown with a diamond choker and her iconic high ponytail and winged liner look.

2018 Met Gala dress

This dress is proof that Ariana can literally pull off any outfit. The Vera Wang creation fit in perfectly with the theme of ‘Heavenly Bodies: Fashion and the Catholic Imagination’. The ballgown was adorned with images from Michelangelo’s ‘The Last Judgement’ and accessorised with a huge golden bow. Weird but wonderful.

Blue blazer dress

This outfit of Ariana’s features in the music video to her top ten hit ‘Breathin’. The blazer dress has made a huge comeback recently and Ariana hit the nail on the head with her take on the trend. Great for a sophisticated but sexy look.

Oversized hoodie and heeled boots

Everyone knows that this is Ariana’s most common and iconic outfit. The girl loves a good oversized hoodie and pair of heeled boots. It’s a perfect ‘cute but comfy’ outfit and the pop of colour adds a bit of life into the look.

Jimmy Fallon Show dress

This dress makes Ariana look like a pretty little pink cupcake (in a good way of course!). The outfit complements her petite frame perfectly and looks amazing with the cool tones of her silver hair.
