Is it time to ditch your trainers for a pair of UGG boots this winter season? Earlier this year Bella Hadid trended for her Adidas Sambas which took off quickly with the fashion fiends of TikTok, now it’s all about UGGs.

Last week we were blessed with another iconic off-duty supermodel look from Bella herself. She was spotted strolling the streets of New York in what appeared to be granny panties, an oversized leather jacket, and a pair of platform UGG boots. Sounds awful right? But of course, Bella can pull absolutely anything off.
Almost immediately people picked up on the controversial new platform UGGs leaving people with the question of do they look good, or can Bella just pull them off well? Either way, the trend soon took off on TikTok and Instagram with influencer after influencer bagging a pair of fluffy boots for themselves.
Even other supermodels and celebrities were spotted out and about in the same pair such as Bellas’s sister Gigi Hadid, Kiki Palmer, and Elsa Hosk.

With everyone suddenly hopping on the trend, the cozy boots have virtually sold out in similar colors and styles. Not to worry as other retailers such as Primark didn’t hold back on releasing their own almost identical dupe of the ultra mini ‘UGG’ boots. Instead of waiting, why not bag a pair for £6, paired with some baggy jeans, who’s going to know the difference?

It’s safe to say Bella has well and truly revamped the iconic 2000s UGG trend giving them a brand new makeover. We’ll have wait and see what she has to offer next.
