Beyonce’s Ivy Park collection launches at Topshop

Today is the day that Topshop unveils Beyonce’s fitness line, Ivy Park, to the public.

The official launch in London flopped as Beyonce did not make an appearance at her own event, leading the public and supporting celebrities to lose interest.

It was rumoured that Beyonce did not show up due to ‘threatening’ competition from Kate Moss who released a successful clothing line with Topshop in the past.

Ivy Park is described as a sassy and up-to-date collection that is mostly targeted to a younger audience.

The line features an array of sportswear including leggings, crop tops, t-shirts, bodysuits and caps.

The price is fairly reasonable with the exception of the bodysuits which are a little more pricey.

The majority of the line contains a palette of black and grey with hints of pastel greens and pinks which contrasts with the  bright colours such as neon orange and cobalt blue. The collection is perfect for all seasons and features full to cropped clothing.

Topshop is well-known for collaborating with stars such as Kate Moss and the Jenner sisters, Kendall and Kylie. Beyonce is the most recent celebrity to work alongside Topshop for the range, which will undeniably become a success.

No doubt fans will be queuing up to get their hands on the Ivy Park collection.

Newcastle’s Topshop outlets in Eldon Square and Gateshead experienced long cues and sellouts. No worries for fans who can’t grab the collection in time as it will also be launched at Selfridges, JD Sports and on Zalando.co.uk.
