Boots are the latest high street chain to hop on the Harry Potter bandwagon with a new range to add to every Potterhead’s Christmas list. But are there just too many Harry Potter items already out there? Fashion North investigates.
The Boots range will be available in store and online from October 27 – just in time for Halloween. If you don’t have an outfit sorted yet, you could do a Harry Potter-inspired makeup look.
It is said to include an array of beauty and cosmetics from an eye mask with Harry’s signature glasses on for £6 to four colour-changing lipsticks matching the houses in the wizarding world in a £10 set.
The cheapest item is £6 and the most expensive is £20 (a makeup brush set in the shape of different wands).
Boots have set up a waiting list online for shoppers to sign up to in order to get the collection a day before everyone else.
But, come on, it’s ELEVEN years since the last book was published and SEVEN since the last movie – aren’t we ready to move on from the boy wizard?
