Since 2012, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley has co-designed 11 lingerie ranges for Marks & Spencer, but her latest line which launches today coincides with Breast Cancer Awareness month.
The #ShowYourStrap campaign is encouraging women across the UK to share a glimpse of their bra strap in a selfie and post it to social media to help the campaign go viral and donate to the Breast Cancer Now charity.
Rosie took to her Instagram page this morning to promote the lingerie range and campaign further, saying: “It has been amazing to co-design and develop lingerie with @marksandspencer. I hope you enjoy wearing the collection in support of such a good cause.”
Appealing to the ‘real’ woman in mind, the collection features lingerie, pyjamas and chemises in a feminine pink, showcasing Breast Cancer Awareness month further. The collection has been modelled by Breast Cancer Now ambassadors and survivors, with Rosie adding: “I couldn’t think of anyone better to model my designs than these INCREDIBLE women.”
The range also includes a post-surgery bra and 10% of the sales made by Marks and Spencer will be donated to Breast Cancer Now. This particular charity are the ones behind ‘The Last One’ appeal, who want every women to beat and survive the deadly disease by 2050.
