The first thing you think about when you are going to meet someone important in the fashion industry is; “Ah what am I going to wear?!” So, you can guess what it was like when our Fashion Journalism students were told that they were going to meet Editor of American Vogue (and Queen of fashion) Anna Wintour.
The outfits, which had probably been the only thing on all the student’s minds for the past week or so, all contained elements of high street and high end fashion.
Our News Editor, Kate Pattinson said: “I found the skirt ages ago first and knew I wanted to wear it. I was more worried about what I was going to do with my hair and makeup.”
Rebecca Wayman, our Shopping Editor, said: “I didn’t want to be too overdressed [when I was getting ready for the trip]. I had three outfits in mind, all dresses! I felt like this one from Topshop really represented who I was and I felt in comfortable in it”.
