Fenwick’s Newcastle store has opened its Winter Wonderland department on the second floor.
Perhaps a little smaller than anticipated but that doesn’t mean the department itself isn’t lacking in seasonal spirit. From Christmas cards to tree decorations and all the festive gifts in between, Fenwick have delivered a very sweet wintertime display.
From a whole section dedicated to Yuletide foods and treats to possibly finding a new Christmas tree, Fenwick have carefully made their Alice in Wonderland window theme shine throughout the department, with quirky holly wreaths hanging from the ceiling with “drink me” notes and glass bottles attached by red ribbon.
If you fancy something small for your home this winter then look to their kitsch trinkets and candles or edible-looking cake shape bath bombs. There’s even a small section of the shop covered from top to toe with advent calendars and many more sweet gifts.
To really get into the spirit, why not pop along one evening to witness Fenwick’s newly unveiled Alice in Wonderland Christmas window display? For all it might be a lot colder, the atmosphere will be a whole lot more enchanting as the night draws in.
