Commuter chic: the Tube map power suit

The Great British Bake Off winner Candice Brown just wore a suit that looks like a map of the Tube, and it’s giving us mixed emotions.

Candice Brown, who won in 2016, posed outside 10 Downing Street wearing a geometric trouser suit which reminds us of the confusing London Underground map.

Candice, 34,  took the power suit to a whole new level with this multi-coloured squared pattern which hopefully directed her to the right stop for Downing Street, Westminster station (connections via the Jubilee, Circle and District lines).

The GBBO winner is a licensed pub owner in Eversholt, Bedfordshire, and visited 10 Downing Street alongside five other pub operators from across the country, taking the Long Live The Local petition – which has over 200,000 signatures – to the Prime Minister’s front door. The petition, which calls on the Government to cut beer duty, aims to demonstrate how vital the local pub is in communities across the country, and show the significant role pubs play.

Candice isn’t one to shy away from a bold suit. In September, she attended the Marie Claire Future Shapers awards wearing a red suit by Manchester-based Turkish designer Zeynep Kartal.

She’s also been pictured wearing this bright orange suit, by Girls On Film.
