Hair trends come and go, and usually these trends emerge with runway events that inspire looks throughout the season.
Lyndsey Roundtree, a hairdresser from Sunderland. told Fashion North:
“You’ll find that with clothes and stuff that colours tend to darken down, and you see more mustard and burgundies and things like that, so that’s where the brunettes tend to settle better with those colours.
“So, it tends to be a lot of whatever’s coming through on the catwalks.”
Some of the trends coming off this year’s runway include: centre partings which are simple and sophisticated, messy loose curls or “wet look” curls and full fringes which are a winter favourite according to Lyndsey:
“People ask for fringes more in the Winter, fuller fringes and fringes that frame the face.”
