T-shirts are one of the most versatile pieces of clothing: you can dress them up, dress them down, you can even spread positive messages with them!
Thankfully for us, there are many women out there – such as former Love Island contestant Malin Andersson and TOWIE star Yazmin Oukhellou – encouraging us to love ourselves, as well as others.
Malin, a mental health advocate and body confidence activist, is always using empowering quotes in her Instagram captions and tweets. The 26-year-old lost her four-week-old baby daughter Consy in January this year when she was born prematurely. She also lost both of her parents to cancer and her Love Island friend and co-star Sophie Gradon to suicide. Since then, she has been encouraging people to be just that little bit kinder to people, as you never know what someone is going through behind closed doors.

Yaz, who recently split from her TOWIE co-star and boyfriend James Lock, became popular recently after saying to James “I actually love someone else. That person is really smart, intelligent and beautiful, and that person is me.” Fans of the show rushed to share their support on Twitter, congratulating her on being so confident and even describing her as a queen.
