Peel it! Peel off basecoat – Tried and tested

Most girls love wearing glitter nail polish, but getting it off at the end of the day can be a major struggle. The amount of cotton balls and nail varnish remover we need can practically bankrupt you.

However, Barry M have come up with the ultimate fashion hack, no cotton balls or nail varnish remover needed! With their new Peel it! Peel off basecoat.

The product reminds us of liquid latex (or PVA glue) as its application and removal works in a similar way.

Due to it’s consistency you do have to let it dry before applying your favourite colour or glitter varnish – approximately five minutes, depending on how much you apply.

But, it’s the removal that this product was specifically designed for and it’s easy once you get the hang of it. Simply find a small edge, near the base off you nail and instead off scratching at your nail like you would when you pick off your nail varnish. Slightly rub with your thumb until you have enough to pick up between your thumb and index finger and then just peel it off.

The great thing about this product is that because you’re peeling and not picking there is no damage done to your nail making them weak or fragile.

So, even if you’re not a glitter person but you are someone who habitually picks at their nail varnish, this product might just be for you. Yes, you might end up reapplying your nail varnish a lot, but you won’t be damaging your nails when you peel it off!

Overall, Barry M gets a big thumbs up from me.
