Everyone needs a good lipliner in their makeup collection; it gives such a good definition to your face and I genuinely don’t feel complete without applying it when I do a full face of make up.
The Urban Decay 24/7 Glide-On Lip Pencil at £13 is a good lip liner and applied really smoothly with amazing pigmentation. It lasted well but I expected a bit more for the price.
I am a huge fan of the Essence range and have used many of their lip liners. This one is called Honey Berry 15 and its a £1, yes a £1!
It has such a high pigment and glides on perfectly. It lasts really well and gives a matte finish; so could easily be worn on its own.
Overall Verdict: For just a £1 you can not go wrong with the Essence liner, especially if you are trying them out for the first time.
