It’s been a challenging few months for the Fashion North team.
The University of Sunderland fashion journalism students who bring you the latest style and beauty news from the North East faced endless lockdowns and Covid restrictions, then were confronted with a university-wide cyber attack which fried all our online work.
And just when we recovered from that, Storm Arwen blew off the roof where Fashion North is based!
So we’re glad to announce we are treating students on the course to Fashion North’s first-ever Rest-ival.
On March 30, students will be treated to a free healthy breakfast, pampering sessions and given a goodie bag of wellbeing treats while working on even more fashion content for our readers. They’ll end the day with a relaxing half hour of yoga and meditation.
It’s also to celebrate that the fashion journalism course was given an amazing 100% overall satisfaction rating by our students in the National Student Survey!
