Lizzo is the latest star to team up with famous sunglasses brand- Quay Australia. Working alongside Quay Australia, the pop sensation has created a line of statement sunglasses as fabulous as herself. Quay Australia are no strangers to superstar collaborations, as they have worked with legends such as Jennifer Lopez, and Major League Baseball sensation Alex Rodriguez.
The summer 2020 line at Quay Australia sees a collaboration with Grammy award winning pop star Lizzo. The sunglasses line consists of eight styles, and will leave you feeling good as hell, just in time for summer- sunbathing in the garden never looked so good! The line dropped on May 20th. Featuring statement embellished frames, to sleek Kardashian-esque cat eyes and classic Aviators; there is a frame for every taste.
The line is very affordable with prices starting at £40 and going up to around £58. However, for limited time only, until the 25th May, Lizzo and Quay have teamed up with Feed America to offer a ‘buy one, get one, give 100 meals’ scheme. Now that is value for money, right? Not only will you be treating yourself to a fabulous pair of new sunglasses, but you will also receive a complimentary pair of sunglasses. On top of all this, 100 meals will be provided to disadvantaged people. Win win for everyone! Brb, just throwing all my money at sunglasses.
The line consists of eight funky styles. Shortlisted below are a few of my favorites:
1) The ‘Flex’ sunglasses come out on top as my favorite. One word comes straight to mind- Boujee. The cat eye frame distributes major Kardashian vibes and add a touch of sophistication to any outfit. Available in a range of three colors: black, neon green, or white, you can dress them up or down depending on the vibes you are going for.

2) Another pair I am loving is the ‘Icy Embellished’, these are the ultimate flamboyant shades that scream ‘look at me!’. Coming in black and white, the square frame is embellished with studs (insert Lizzo lyrics ‘bling bling’). These glasses have the wow factor.

3) A less in your face alternative I am loving are the ‘Hold Please’ glasses. These aviator frame sunglasses come in three options of the standard black, a gold rim, or a polarized pair for more of a statement look.
