The first Monday in May for the past 72 years has been Met Monday. However, this year due to Covid-19 the Met Gala has been postponed indefinitely.
The theme was to be ‘About Time: Fashion and Duration’ looking back at a century and a half worth of fashion in celebration of the Met’s 150th anniversary.
No one knows when the Met Gala will be able to take place, but this did not stop your favourite stars posting their favourite looks from Met Gala’s past.
The likes of Cara Delevingne, Lily Collins and Kendall Jenner have all taken to Instagram to share their Met Gala looks from previous years.

Designers such as Jeremy Scott and Olivier Rousteing have also joined in, posting looks from celebrities wearing their designs.
