We attended the Prom Extravaganza on February 10, hosted by Pressed Prom and Bridal Boutique. It was an amazing night of catwalks, beauty demonstrations, dresses, shoes, bags and beauty products.
The evening began with browsing the stalls filled with all that sparkles and glitters. Strictly About You demonstrated hair styles and shared they’re own styling tips, giving one on one advice on hair extensions. They also offer prom packages from £50. Vegan make-up brand, Arbonne, was also there, showing off their skincare line for both men and women, including their popular Calm collection for breakouts and Pure Vibrance hair treatment. We also got the opportunity to try out their beautiful mineral make-up, especially their bestselling Makeup Primer (£26).
The evening finished with Pressed Prom and Bridal flaunting some of their most popular dresses. Each dress was beautiful, seeing the dresses on the runway gave you the opportunity to see how the dress flowed and fits. The brands on the catwalk included Alexia, Sherri Hill and Dynasty London, and even showcased dresses worn by celebrities, such as Casey Batchelor, Kim Marsh, Lucy Mecklenburgh and Vicky Pattinson.
